Virgo.apply_aperture(mirror, diameter=None)

Applies a circular aperture surface map to the mirror.

Parameters:

mirrorstr

Name of the mirror to which to apply the aperture.

diameterfloat, optional

Diameter, in meters, of the circular aperture. Defaults to the substrate diameter in the aperture table.
