The cavity storage time (\(\tau\)).

This quantity is defined as,

\[\tau = \frac{1}{\pi\mathrm{FWHM}}, \]

where \(\mathrm{FWHM}\) is the full-width at half-maximum of the cavity resonance.

Returns the storage time of the cavity (read-only).
